Precision Highlight Pencil

This fine-tip highlighting pencil allows you to create both a precise or diffused highlight anywhere on the face. Line lids to bring brightness to the eyes, use on brow bone, cupids bow, or high-points of cheeks for glow effect, or use on top of any lip colour for added lustre. Designed for application wherever highlight is desired  — inner corner of eyes, along lash line, brow bone, cupid’s bow, or elsewhere. Draw on and blend out with brush or fingers for a highlight effect. Made in Italy.
